[시사뉴스 정윤철 기자] 한국승강기안전공단(이하 공단)이 인증을 받지 못해 어려움을 겪고 있는 승강기 중소기업을 지원하기 위해 진행한 ‘2022 승강기 인증 기술세미나’가 4회에 걸쳐 성황리에 완료했다.
승강기 인증 기술세미나는 공단 부설기관인 승강기안전기술원이 주축이 되어 ESG경영 실천과 승강기 산업진흥을 위해 설계부터 실무교육까지 총 4차례에 걸쳐 승강기 중소기업 62개사, 83명의 실무자들이 참가하여 맞춤형 기술지원 교육으로 진행됐다.
업계 실무자를 강사로 초빙하여 실시한 기술세미나는 ▲1차 승강기 기계설계 ▲2차 구조해석 프로그램 사용방법 및 V-Scope 분석방법 ▲3차 대성IDS 제어반 실무교육 ▲4차 삼일엘텍 제어반 실무교육을 주요 내용으로 진행되었다.
세미나에 참가한 중소기업 실무자들은 그동안 승강기 안전인증에 대해 어렵고 궁금했던 부분이 해소되었다는 만족감을 표시했으며, 내년에 진행할 세미나에도 많은 기대감을 나타냈다.
한편 내년에 실시될 기술세미나 역시 4회에 걸쳐 ▲1차 기계파트 설계 ▲2차 전기파트 설계 ▲3차 공장심사 매뉴얼 교육 ▲4차 안정선 시험 등을 주요 내용으로 진행할 예정이다.
승강기안전기술원 장웅길 원장은 “승강기 인증 기술세미나가 승강기 중소기업의 인증 취득과 판로개척에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다”며 “내년에 진행하는 세미나에도 많은 기업들이 참여하기를 바란다”고 말했다.
The 2022 Elevator Certification Technology Seminar, which was held by the Korea Elevator Safety Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the Industrial Complex) to support small and medium-sized elevator companies suffering from lack of certification, was successfully completed four times.
The elevator certification technology seminar was led by the Korea Elevator Safety Technology Institute, an affiliate of the industrial complex, and 62 small and medium-sized elevator companies and 83 working-level officials participated four times from design to practical training to promote ESG management and elevator industry.
The technical seminar, which was conducted by inviting industry practitioners as instructors, was mainly about ▲1st elevator mechanical design ▲2nd structural analysis program usage method and V-Scope analysis method ▲3rd Daesung IDS control team practical training ▲4th Samil Eltech control team practical training.
Working-level officials of small and medium-sized companies who participated in the seminar expressed satisfaction that the difficult and curious parts of elevator safety certification have been resolved, and expressed high expectations for next year's seminar.
Meanwhile, the technical seminar to be held next year will also be held four times, including ▲ 1st mechanical part design ▲ 2nd electric part design ▲ 3rd factory review manual training ▲ 4th stable line test.
Jang Woong-gil, director of the Elevator Safety Research Institute, said, "We expect that the elevator certification technology seminar will help small and medium-sized elevator companies acquire certification and develop a market," adding, "We hope many companies will also participate in next year's seminar."
