[시사뉴스 정윤철 기자] 울산시 동구청은 10월 26일 오후 2시 전하다함께돌봄센터(녹수길 25, 3층)에서 동구 다함께돌봄센터 3호점인 ‘전하다함께돌봄센터’ 개소식을 가졌다.
이날 개소식은 김종훈 동구청장과 시·구의원, 수탁법인 대표, 사회복지 기관장 등 30여명이 참석해 경과보고, 인사말씀, 축사, 테이프커팅, 시설관람 순으로 진행되었다.
전하다함께돌봄센터는 부모의 소득 수준과 상관없이 돌봄이 필요한 만 6세~12세 초등학생은 누구나 이용 가능하고, 운영 시간은 학기 중에는 오전 10시부터 오후 7시까지, 방학 중에는 오전 9시부터 오후 6시까지 운영한다.
특히 사회복지법인 동울산새마을금고 느티나무복지재단에서 위탁 운영하여 사회복지 전문자격을 갖춘 센터장과 돌봄교사가 상주하면서 학습지도와 문화·예술, 체험 활동 프로그램 등 체계적인 방과 후 돌봄 서비스를 제공할 예정이다.
김종훈 동구청장은 “전하다함께돌봄센터가 다양한 돌봄 서비스 지원으로 지역 내 방과후 돌봄의 거점 기능을 수행하기를 바라며, 부모들이 안심하고 아이를 맡길 수 있도록 지속적인 돌봄 환경 조성에 노력하겠다”고 말했다.

The opening ceremony was attended by about 30 people, including Kim Jong-hoon, head of Dong-gu Office, city and district councilors, representatives of entrusted corporations, and heads of social welfare institutions, in the order of progress reports, greetings, congratulatory speeches, tape cutting, and viewing facilities.
Regardless of the parents' income level, the Jeon Da Together Care Center is available to elementary school students aged 6 to 12 who need care, and the operating hours are from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. during the semester and from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. during the vacation.
In particular, it will be commissioned by the Zelkova Welfare Foundation of DongUlsan Saemaul Geumgo, a social welfare corporation, to provide systematic after-school care services such as learning guidance, culture, arts, and experience activities.
Kim Jong-hoon, head of Dong-gu District Office, said, "We hope that the Daejeon Together Care Center will serve as a hub for after-school care in the region by supporting various care services, and we will try to create a continuous care environment so that parents can leave their children safe."
