[시사뉴스 김재홍 기자] 새롭게 도약하는 입암면 행정복지센터 준공식이 11월 10일 오전 10시 30분 신청사 전정에서 개최됐다. 오도창 영양군수를 비롯해 내ㆍ외빈들과 주민 등 200여명이 참석해 준공식을 축하했다.
1980년에 건립된 입암면 행정복지센터는 연면적 787.51㎡, 지상 2층의 규모로 건립돼 42년 동안 주민들에게 행정서비스를 제공해 왔음에도 건물 노후화로 시대흐름에 맞는 고품격 청사 신축에 대한 필요성이 제기되어 왔다.
금일 준공하는 신청사는 지난 1년 5개월간 공사를 실시했으며 총 사업비 28억원을 투자하여 연면적 997.89㎡, 지상3층으로 새롭게 건립하게 되었다. 주요 시설은 ▲1층 사무실, 상담실, 숙직실 ▲2층 대회의실, 면장실 ▲3층 소회의실, 다목적실, 문서고 등으로 마련돼 있다.
영양군수는 준공식에서 새롭게 도약하는 신청사 건립에 힘쓴 설계감리사 이용환 대표와 시공사 안종원 현장소장에게 감사패를 전달해 감사의 마음을 전했다.
오도창 영양군수는“입암면 행정복지센터가 행정서비스 제공 뿐만 아니라 지역주민들의 복지증진과 주민자치 소통 공간으로 자리매김할 수 있기를 기대한다”고 말했다.

The Ipam-myeon Administrative Welfare Center, built in 1980, has a total floor area of 787.51㎡ and two floors above the ground, and has provided administrative services to residents for 42 years, but the need for new high-quality buildings has been raised due to the aging of the building.
The new building, which will be completed today, has been under construction for the past year and five months, and will be newly built with a total floor area of 997.89㎡ and three floors above the ground with a total project cost of 2.8 billion won. The main facilities include offices on the first floor of ▲, counseling rooms, night duty rooms ▲ conference rooms on the second floor, small conference rooms on the third floor of the head of the myeon ▲, multipurpose rooms, and documentaries.
At the completion ceremony, Yeongyang-gun delivered a plaque of appreciation to Lee Yong-hwan, CEO of the design inspector, and Ahn Jong-won, head of the construction company, who worked hard to build a new building.
We hope that the Ibam-myeon Administrative Welfare Center will not only provide administrative services, but also establish itself as a space for promoting welfare for local residents and communication with residents, said Oh Do-chang, head of Yeongyang-gun.
