[시사뉴스 정윤철 기자] 11월 24일부터 음식점, 커피전문점 등 매장 내 일회용 종이컵, 플라스틱 빨대 등에 대 한 사용 제한조치가 확대 시행되면서 낙동강유역환경청장이 매장을 직접 방문하여 제도 내용을 안내하고 ‘일회용품 줄여가게’ 캠페인을 홍보하였다.
‘일회용품 줄여가게’는 일회용품 사용을 실질적으로 감량시키고 소비자의 행동변화를 유도하도록 접객 방식을 바꿔나가는 국민 참여형 캠페인으로 작은 변화를 통해 무심코 사용했던 일회용품을 줄여나가는 것을 목적으로 한다.
참여를 희망하는 매장 또는 대형가맹점은 자원순환실천플랫폼에서 참여신청서를 작성해 제출하고, 일회용품 사용줄이기 노력을 이행하면 된다.
낙동강유역환경청은 지자체와 협업하여 식품접객업, 종합소매업 등의 일회용품 줄이기 참여를 독려하고, 국민들도 일회용품 사용 줄이기에 동참할 수 있도록 홍보를 지속적으로 추진할 계획이다.

The Nakdonggang River Basin Environment Agency plans to cooperate with local governments to encourage participation in reducing disposable products such as food service and general retail, and to continue promoting the public to participate in reducing the use of disposable products.
