[시사뉴스 정윤철 기자] 울산 북구는 15일부터 한달 동안 학교 주변과 번화가 등에서 청소년유해업소에 대한 민·관·경 합동점검을 추진한다.
이번 점검은 수능 전·후 긴장감에서 해방된 청소년들의 음주와 흡연 등 일탈행위에 대비해 지역주민과 청소년 유해업소 업주의 청소년 보호 의식 확산을 위해 진행된다.
북구청과 경찰공무원, 8개 동 청소년지도협의회와 청소년유해환경감시단으로 구성된 민·관·경 합동 점검반이 청소년 출입·고용금지 의무 위반, 청소년 유해약물 등 판매행위 위반, 표시위반 등 청소년 보호법 관련 의무규정을 계도·점검하고, 위반사항을 적발할 때는 행정조치 등을 취할 예정이다.
북구 관계자는 "청소년이 안전하고 건전한 환경에서 바르게 성장할 수 있도록 지속적으로 유해환경 지도와 계도활동을 실시하겠다"고 말했다.

A joint inspection team consisting of the Buk-gu Office, police officials, eight Dong Youth Guidance Councils, and Youth Hazardous Environment Surveillance Groups will guide and inspect mandatory youth protection laws such as violations of youth access and employment, sales of harmful drugs, and labeling.
An official from Buk-gu said, "We will continue to conduct harmful environmental guidance and guidance activities so that teenagers can grow up properly in a safe and sound environment."
