[시사뉴스 정윤철 기자] 울산 중구(구청장 김영길)가 14일 오후 2시 중구청 중회의실에서 사회적경제기업 대표 및 관계자 30여 명을 대상으로 ‘2022년 사회적경제기업 역량강화 교육’을 실시했다.
이번 교육은 사회적경제기업의 경쟁력과 자생력을 강화하기 위해 마련됐다.
이날 울산지역 (예비) 사회적기업 상담사로 활동 중인 김태현 노무사는 올바른 노사관계를 위한 인사·노무 교육을 진행하며, 근로 계약과 근로 시간, 최저임금 등에 대해 설명했다.
이어서 최은경 세무사는 기업 운영에 필요한 기초 세무·회계 교육을 통해 부가가치세와 원천세, 법인세 신고 및 납부 방법 등을 자세히 안내했다.
한편 11월 현재 울산 중구에는 인증사회적기업 18개, 예비사회적기업 17개, 마을기업 10개 등 총 45개의 사회적경제기업이 있다.
중구 관계자는 “사회적경제가 지역에 튼튼하게 뿌리내리고 질 좋은 일자리가 더욱 많이 창출될 수 있도록 앞으로도 사회적경제 생태계 활성화를 위한 다양한 교육을 추진하겠다”고 전했다.

This training is designed to strengthen the competitiveness and self-sufficiency of social economy companies.
On the same day, Kim Tae-hyun, a labor counselor working as a social enterprise counselor in Ulsan, conducted personnel and labor training for the right labor-management relations and explained work contracts, working hours, and minimum wages.
Choi Eun-kyung, a tax accountant, then guided in detail how to report and pay VAT, withholding tax, and corporate tax through basic tax and accounting education necessary for corporate operation.
Meanwhile, as of November, there are a total of 45 social and economic enterprises in Jung-gu, Ulsan, including 18 certified social enterprises, 17 preliminary social enterprises, and 10 village enterprises.
An official from Jung-gu said, "We will continue to promote various education to revitalize the social economy ecosystem so that the social economy can take root strongly in the region and create more high-quality jobs."
