[시사뉴스 정윤철 기자] 울산광역시교육청(교육감 노옥희)이 지난 28일 적극행정지원위원회 심사를 거쳐 2022년 하반기 적극행정 우수사례 7건을 선발했다.
울산교육청은 지난 10월 14일까지 공모를 통해 접수된 적극행정 사례 14건에 대해 심사를 거쳐 우수사례를 선정했다.
심사 결과, 강남교육지원청의 ‘관계회복 및 화해조정을 통한 학교폭력사안처리 효율성 제고’가 최우수 사례로 선정되었다. 학교폭력 사안 처리시 응보적 처벌보다는 화해․조정을 통한 진심어린 사과와 재발 방지 대책을 마련하는 교육적 회복 실현 노력에 높은 점수를 받았다.
우수작으로 민간투자유치를 통한 학교 전기차 충전시설 무상 설치와 냉매배관의 리사이클링을 통한 효율적인 냉난방기 교체 추진 2건을 선정했다. 그 외 장려상 2건, 가작 2건을 선정하여 시상하였다.
울산교육청은 매년 창의성과 전문성을 발휘하여 공공의 이익을 위해 능동적으로 업무를 처리한 공무원을 선발하여 포상함으로써 적극적으로 일하는 분위기를 조성하고 있다.
적극행정지원위원회의 위원장인 이용균 부교육감은 같은 업무를 수행하더라도 공무원의 혁신적이고 창의적인 아이디어와 적극적인 업무수행 자세가 획기적인 파급 효과를 불러올 수 있다. 며, 공무원들이 적극 행정을 마음껏 펼칠 수 있는 제도적 기반을 마련하는 한편, 공무원의 끊임없는 업무 연구와 개선으로 울산교육청에 대한 시민의 신뢰도를 한층 더 높여 나가겠다”고 말했다.

As excellent works, two cases of efficient replacement of air conditioners through free installation of charging facilities for electric vehicles in schools by attracting private investment and recycling refrigerant pipes were selected. In addition, two encouragement awards and two additional works were selected and awarded.
The Ulsan Office of Education creates an atmosphere of active work by selecting and rewarding public officials who actively handled their work for the public interest by demonstrating creativity and expertise every year.
Deputy Superintendent of Education Lee Yong-kyun, chairman of the Active Administrative Support Committee, said, "Even if we perform the same task, the innovative and creative ideas and active attitude of public officials can have a breakthrough effect.
