[시사뉴스 정윤철 기자] 울산시 동구청은 10월 20일 오후 5시 동구청소년문화의집 다목적강당에서 ‘동구청장과 청소년의 만남–청바지(청소년과의 만남은 바로 지금)!’ 행사를 개최했다.
관내 동구·남목청소년문화의집의 청소년운영위원회·참여위원회·동아리 활동 청소년 40여명이 참석한 이날 간담회는 청소년 관련 정책 제안, 문화의집 이용 불편 개선사항 건의, 구청장님과 함께하는 고민상담 시간 순으로 진행하였고, 청소년으로서 느끼는 지역문제에 대해서도 편안하고 자유롭게 이야기를 나눴다.
김종훈 동구청장은 “청소년들이 평소 문화의 집을 직접 이용하면서 느낀 불편사항을 건의하고, 청소년들을 위한 정책제안을 해준 데 대해 깊이 감사드리며, 지역사회의 구성원으로 함께 참여하며 주체적으로 성장할 수 있도록 다양한 기회를 제공하고 아낌없는 지원을 하겠다”고 말했다.

The meeting, attended by about 40 teenagers from the Youth Steering Committee, Participation Committee, and Club activities of Dong-gu and Nammok Youth Culture House in the jurisdiction, was conducted in the order of youth-related policy proposals, improvements to use the culture house, and talked comfortably and freely about local issues felt as teenagers.
Kim Jong-hoon, head of Dong-gu District Office, said, "We deeply appreciate the inconvenience teenagers have felt while using the culture house themselves, and we will provide various opportunities and generous support to participate as members of the community and grow independently."
