[시사뉴스 정윤철 기자] 울산시 동구청은 10월 19일 오전 10시 동구청 2층 대강당에서 동구청, 보건소, 종합사회복지관의 자원봉사 민원안내 도우미 50여명이 참석한 가운데 친절교육을 실시하였다.
이날 교육은 ‘사람의 마음을 움직이는 감성마인드란’라는 주제로 세계경영연구원 대표 우덕삼 강사님을 초청해 진행되었다.
이번 교육은 민원안내도우미들의 자원봉사활동 의미 제고, 대민친절 마인드 함양, 민원인과의 소통을 위한 감성마인드 함양 등 다양한 강의를 실시하였다.
동구청 관계자는 “친절이미지는 글로벌 도시 건설의 기본이며, 지속적인 친절교육을 통해 민원인의 마음을 읽고 소통할 수 있는 고객중심의 마인드를 함양하기 위하여 지속적으로 교육을 실시하고 있다”고 말했다.
현재, 동구청에서는 구청 민원실, 보건소, 종합사회복지관 안내도우미 55명의 자원봉사자들이 청사안내 등의 민원편의를 제공함으로써 대민서비스의 질을 향상시키는데 중요한 역할을 하고 있다.
The Dong-gu Office in Ulsan conducted a kind education at 10 a.m. on October 19 at the auditorium on the second floor of the Dong-gu Office, attended by about 50 volunteer civil service guides from the Dong-gu Office, public health centers, and general social welfare centers.
On this day, the education was conducted by inviting Woo Deok-sam, the head of the World Management Research Institute, under the theme of "Emotional Mindran that Moves People's Heart."
This training provided various lectures, including enhancing the meaning of volunteer activities by civil service guide assistants, cultivating a kind mind to the public, and cultivating an emotional mind to communicate with civil petitioners.
An official from Dong-gu Office said, "Kind image is the basis of global city construction, and we continue to provide education to foster a customer-centered mind that can read and communicate with civil petitioners through continuous kind education."
Currently, 55 volunteers from the district office's civil service office, public health center, and general social welfare center are playing an important role in improving the quality of public service by providing convenience for civil complaints such as in Dong-gu Office.
