[시사뉴스 강영진 기자] (재)대구문화예술진흥원(원장 김정길, 이하 진흥원)은 1인당 연간 11만원 지급을 통해 소외계층의 문화예술·여행·체육 활동을 지원하고 문화격차를 완화하는 ‘문화누리카드’ 발급을 2주 연장하여 12월 14일(수)에 마감한다.
문화누리카드는 6세 이상(2016.12.31.이전 출생자) 기초생활수급자 및 차상위계층 대상으로 문화예술·여행·체육 활동을 지원한다. 전국 2만 4천여 개 온·오프라인 가맹점에서 사용할 수 있으며, 1인 연간 11만원을 지급한다.
본래 문화누리카드 발급은 매년 11월 30일까지였으나, 올해는 누락대상자 권리 구제 및 지원 확대를 위해 발급기간을 2주 연장하여 12월 14일에 마감한다.
신규 발급 희망자는 가까운 행정복지센터 또는 문화누리카드 누리집, 문화누리 모바일 앱, ARS를 통해 발급할 수 있다.
지원금은 12월 31일(토)까지 사용 가능하며, 사용하지 않은 카드 잔여 금액은 자동 소멸하기 때문에 올해 안에 모두 사용해야 한다. 문화누리카드 발급 및 가맹점에 대한 자세한 정보는 문화누리카드 누리집을 통해 확인 가능하다.
지원금은 전국 문화예술·관광·체육 관련 가맹점에서 이용 가능하다. 지역 내 가맹점 분야로는 문화예술(도서, 음악, 영화, 케이블 TV, 공연, 전시, 공예, 사진관, 문화체험), 관광(교통수단, 여행사, 관광명소, 캠핑장, 온천, 테마파크, 숙박), 체육(스포츠 관람, 체육용품, 체육시설) 등이 있다. 그 외에도 전화결제 가맹점을 통해 유선전화 주문·결제 및 물품배송까지 가능한 서비스를 이용할 수 있다. 진흥원 블로그를 통해 대구 지역 내 가맹점 정보를 한눈에 확인할 수 있다.

Originally, the issuance of Culture Nuri Card was until November 30 every year, but this year, the issuance period will be extended by two weeks to relieve the rights of those subject to omission and expand support.
Those who wish to issue a new one can issue it through the nearby administrative welfare center or the Culture Nuri Card website, the Culture Nuri mobile app, and ARS.

Subsidies are available at cultural arts, tourism, and sports-related franchises across the country. Local franchises include culture and arts (books, music, movies, cable TV, performances, exhibitions, crafts, photo studios, cultural experiences), tourism (transportation, travel agencies, tourist attractions, camping sites, hot springs, theme parks, accommodation), and physical education (sports viewing, sports supplies, sports facilities).
