[시사뉴스 강영진 기자] 예천군(군수 김학동)은 전년 대비 10.3% 증가한 6,461억 원 규모의 2023년도 예산(안)을 군의회에 제출했다.
이번 예산(안)은 ▲사회복지·보건 1,552억 원 ▲농림 1,468억 원 ▲문화관광·교육 501억 원 ▲공공행정·안전 549억 원 ▲국토및지역개발 539억 원 ▲환경 751억 원 ▲산업·교통 272억 원 ▲기타 829억 원을 편성했다.
아이와 부모가 함께 행복하고 아이 키우기 좋은 명품 교육도시 조성을 위해 ▲공공산후조리원 건립 20억 원 ▲출산축하금 출생아 1인당 1백만 원씩 3억 원 ▲예천도서관 통합신축사업 26억 원 ▲초·중·고등학교 입학준비금 3억3천5백만 원 등 미래 세대들을 위한 인프라 확충과 교육지원 사업을 강화했다.
이번 예산(안)에는 지보면 매창리 일원 디지털 혁신 농업타운 조성, 농림축산식품부 농촌협약 사업 등 농업 분야 예산을 역대 최대 규모(1,468억 원, 전체 예산의 22.7%)로 편성해 경북 최대 농업 도시 위상을 높여나가는 한편 공격적인 스포츠 마케팅과 관광 활성화로 지역 경기에 활력을 불어넣을 예정이다.
김학동 예천군수는 “이번에 편성된 2023년도 예산이 군민과 행정이 함께 상생하고 경북의 중심이자 명품 도시 예천을 만드는 마중물 역할을 할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다” 고 말했다.
한편, 2023년도 예산(안)은 24일부터 열리는 제260회 예천군의회 제2차 정례회에서 심의·의결을 통해 최종 확정될 예정이다.
Yecheon-gun (Governor Kim Hak-dong) submitted a budget (proposal) for 2023 worth 646.1 billion won, an increase of 10.3% from the previous year, to the county council.
The budget (proposal) was ▲ KRW 155.2 billion for social welfare and health ▲ KRW 146.8 billion for agriculture and forestry ▲ KRW 50.1 billion for cultural tourism and education ▲ KRW 54.9 billion for public administration and safety ▲ KRW 53.9 billion for national and regional development ▲ KRW 75.1 billion for environment ▲ KRW 27.2 billion for industrial and transportation ▲ other KRW 82.9 billion.
In order to create a luxury education city where children and parents are happy together, ▲ 2 billion won to build a public postpartum care center ▲ 300 million won to celebrate childbirth ▲ 2.6 billion won to build an integrated library ▲ 335 million won to prepare for admission to elementary, middle and high schools.
The budget will be the largest ever (146.8 billion won, 22.7% of the total budget), including the creation of a digital innovative agricultural town in Maechang-ri, Jibo-myeon, and the rural agreement project of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs.
Yecheon County Governor Kim Hak-dong said, "We will do our best to ensure that the 2023 budget, which was organized this time, will co-exist with the county residents and the administration and serve as priming water to create Yecheon, the center of Gyeongbuk and the luxury city."
Meanwhile, the 2023 budget (proposal) will be finalized through deliberation and resolution at the second regular meeting of the 260th Yecheon-gun Council, which will be held from the 24th.
