[시사뉴스 강영진 기자] 경산시의회 의원연구단체 ‘밝은미래’(대표자 전봉근) 는 지난 21일 의회 운영위원회실에서 ‘경산시 영유아보육정책의 동향과 과제에 대한 연구’의 중간보고회를 가졌다.
이번 보고회는 지난 10월 착수한 정책연구의 진행 상황을 공유하고, 경산시 영유아 정책의 비전과 방향성을 제시하기 위해 의뢰한 연구용역의 세부사항을 점검하기 위해 마련됐다.
중간보고회는 ▲경산시 지역특성 및 영유아보육현황 ▲영유아보육발전 관련 법규 및 정부 정책 검토 △초점집단면접 및 설문조사 결과 요약·정책 시사점 ▲경산시 영유아보육발전의 동향 및 정책논의 등에 대한 자료를 검토하는 시간을 가졌다.
이날 참석한 의원연구단체 소속 의원은 “오늘 중간보고회는 현장 방문을 통한 보육실태와 집단면접 및 설문조사의 결과분석을 토대로 운영에 대한 정책 방향의 세부 추진과제를 점검하는 의미 있는 시간이었다”고 말했다.
한편, ‘밝은미래’ 의원연구단체는 지난 8일 어린이집 원장 등 관련 전문가와 경산시 영유아보육정책의 비전을 논의하기 위한 간담회를 가졌으며, 지난 16일 타 시군사례 공유를 통해 경산시 영유아보육정책의 방향성과 효율적 과제 모색을 위해 창원시 육아종합지원센터 및 유아숲 체험원 등을 방문했다.
이번 연구용역은 11월 말경 최종보고회를 열어 지금까지 진행된 연구 활동을 마무리하고, 우리 시의 특성과 보육 현황에 맞는 영유아 정책의 방향성과 효율적 정책과제를 제시할 계획이다.

The report is designed to share the progress of policy research launched in October and to check the details of the research services commissioned to present the vision and direction of policies for infants and toddlers in Gyeongsan.

"Today's interim report was a meaningful time to examine detailed policy directions for operation based on the actual state of childcare through on-site visits and analysis of the results of group interviews and surveys," said a lawmaker from a parliamentary research group.
Meanwhile, the "Bright Future" research group held a meeting with related experts, including the head of the daycare center, to discuss the vision of Gyeongsan's infant care policy on the 8th, and visited Changwon Childcare Support Center and Infant Forest Experience Center to find the direction and efficient tasks of Gyeongsan' infant care policy through sharing cases.
The research service plans to hold a final briefing session around the end of November to complete the research activities so far, and to present the direction and efficient policy tasks of infant and child policies suitable for the characteristics and childcare status of our city.
