[시사뉴스 강영진 기자] 대구광역시농업기술센터(소장 이솜결)는 지난 14일 시범사업 참여농가를 대상으로 ‘2022년 생활자원사업 종합평가회’를 개최했다.
이번 종합평가회는 올해 추진한 생활자원분야 시범사업의 성과를 평가하고, 개선방안을 도출하기 위해 마련됐으며, 참여 농가의 소감 발표를 통해 농업인들과 함께 공유하는 시간도 가졌다.
평가회는 분야별 생활자원사업 추진내용, 전문 컨설팅 결과 보고, 치유농장 조성 시범사업으로 개발된 동물교감 치유농업프로그램 현장시범 운영 등으로 진행됐다.
2022년 생활자원분야 사업은 농작업 안전 분야에 ‘작목별 맞춤형 안전관리 실천 시범’, ‘여성농업인 농작업 환경개선 보조구 시범’과 치유농장 조성 분야에 ‘동물교감 치유환경 조성 시범’, ‘실버세대 맞춤형 치유농장 공간조성 및 콘텐츠 활용 시범’을 추진하였고, 이 중 3개 사업을 농촌진흥청 국비 사업으로 추진했다.
특히, 농작업 안전관리 분야에서는 참여 농업인의 안전관리 수준 62.1% 향상, 위험성 68% 감소, 신체피로도 50% 개선 등의 사업성과를 냈다.
또한, 동물과 식물자원을 활용하여 치유농업프로그램 운영하는 치유농장을 육성하여 노인, 일반성인, 청소년 등 대상별로 맞춤형 치유농업 서비스를 제공하는 성과를 내어 치유농업프로그램을 적용 후 참여자들의 스트레스 감소 효과를 검증했다.
사업에 참여한 안심토마토작목반 김영진 국장은 “농작업 안전 교육을 통해 평소 고생하던 근골격계 질환이 크게 호전되었으며, 교육의 효과를 주변 농업인에게 알리고 있다”고 소감을 전했다.
농업기술센터 소장은 “시범사업에 적극적으로 참여해준 농가에 감사드리며, 이번 평가회를 통해 농업인들의 의견에 더욱 귀 기울여 생활자원분야가 더욱 발전할 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 말했다.

The evaluation meeting was conducted by reporting the contents of the life resource project by sector, professional consulting results, and pilot operation of the animal sympathetic healing agricultural program developed as a pilot project to create a healing farm.
In 2022, the Rural Development Administration promoted 'customized safety management practice by crop', 'demonstration of female farmers' farming environment improvement aids', 'demonstration of animal healing environment', and 'silver generation customized healing farm space and content utilization'.
In particular, in the field of safety management for agricultural work, the safety management level of participating farmers was improved by 62.1%, the risk was reduced by 68% and the physical fatigue was improved by 50%.
In addition, by fostering a healing farm that operates a healing agricultural program using animal and plant resources, it provided customized healing agricultural services for the elderly, general adults, and adolescents, and verified the stress reduction effect of participants after applying the healing agricultural program.
Kim Young-jin, director of the Ansim Tomato Crop Team, said, "The musculoskeletal disease, which we usually suffered from, has improved significantly through agricultural work safety education, and we are informing nearby farmers of the effect of education."
The head of the Agricultural Technology Center said, "We thank farmers for their active participation in the pilot project, and we will listen to farmers' opinions more and try to develop the living resource field further through this evaluation."
