[시사뉴스 정윤철 기자] 울산광역시교육청(교육감 노옥희)이 17일 실시되는 대학수학능력시험을 위해 16일 예비소집을 실시하며 이날 수험생들에게 수험표를 배부하고 수험생 유의사항을 안내한다.
수험생 예비소집은 16일 오전 10시부터 수능원서를 접수한 소속학교 및 울산시교육청에서 실시한다. 수험생은 수험표를 통해 시험장학교를 알 수 있으며 당일 오후에 시험장학교를 방문하여 시험장 위치 등을 확인할 수 있다. 이때 시험장 건물 내에는 들어갈 수 없으며 밖에서 시험실 위치만 확인할 수 있다.
올해 울산지역 수능시험에는 10,365명이 응시하고 시험장은 일반시험장 26개, 별도시험장 1개, 병원시험장 2개가 운영된다. 수능시험일에 코로나19로 재택 확진 및 격리 수험생은 별도시험장에서 시험을 보고, 입원 확진 수험생은 병원시험장에서 시험을 보게 된다.
만일, 수험생이 보건당국으로부터 코로나19 확진 및 격리 통보를 받으면 즉시 울산시교육청으로 신고해서 수험생 정보를 제공해야 해당 시험장에서 시험을 볼 수 있다. 또한 시험일 수험생의 시험장 이동은 보호자에 의한 자차 이동이 원칙이며 여건이 되지 않는 수험생은 관할 보건소와 소방서의 구급차 도움을 받을 수 있다.
한편, 울산시교육청은 수능종합상황실을 마련해 성적이 통지되는 오는 12월 9일까지 운영한다. 수능종합상황실은 수능 세부시행계획·업무처리지침 점검, 문답지 운송·보관 상태 점검, 시험장·시험실·감독관 배치 점검, 부정행위 예방대책 시행, 코로나19 대응 수능시험장 방역지침 수립과 조치, 긴급재난 발생 시 시험장 조치, 수능 시험일 비상상황 발생 시 현장대응 조치 등을 전담한다.
14일 수능 문답지를 인수하여 울산시교육청 지정 장소에 보관하면서 본격적인 수능시험 운영 관리체제에 돌입한다.
수능 문답지는 엄격한 보안 관리하에 별도의 보관 장소에 보관한 뒤 수능 당일 새벽에 해당 시험장으로 다시 배부한다. 보안 유지를 위해 문답지 수송에는 경찰 인력이 지원된다.
시교육청 관계자는 “모든 수험생이 안전한 환경에서 수능 시험에 응시할 수 있도록 시험장 구축 및 운영에 최선을 다하고 있다”며, “수험생과 가족, 교직원 뿐만 아니라 시민 여러분께서도 철저한 방역 지침 준수로 안정적인 수능 시행을 위해 함께 노력해 주시길 간곡히 부탁드린다”고 말했다.

On the day of the CSAT, test takers who are confirmed and quarantined at home due to COVID-19 will take the test at a separate test site, and those who are confirmed to be hospitalized will take the test at a hospital test site.
If the examinee is notified of COVID-19 confirmation and quarantine by the health authorities, he/she must immediately report it to the Ulsan Metropolitan Office of Education and provide information on the examinee to take the test at the test site. In addition, in principle, the movement of test takers to the test site on the test day is the movement of their own vehicles by their guardians, and those who are not in the condition can receive ambulance help from the local public health center and fire department.
Meanwhile, the Ulsan Metropolitan Office of Education will set up a comprehensive situation room for the CSAT and operate it until December 9th, when grades are notified. The KSAT comprehensive situation room will be in charge of detailed implementation plan and task processing guidelines, transportation and storage status check, placement check, fraud prevention check, COVID-19 response test site quarantine guidelines, emergency measures, and on-site response.
On the 14th, the College Scholastic Ability Test (CSAT) will be acquired and stored in a designated place of the Ulsan Metropolitan Office of Education, and the College Scholastic Ability Test (CSAT) operation management system will begin in earnest.
The SAT gate is stored in a separate storage place under strict security management and then distributed back to the test site at dawn on the day of the CSAT. To maintain security, police personnel are supported for door-to-door transportation.
We are doing our best to establish and operate a test site so that all test takers can take the CSAT in a safe environment, a city education office official said. "We sincerely ask not only test takers, families, faculty, but also citizens to work together to implement the CSAT in a stable manner."
