[시사뉴스 강영진 기자] 지난 2일(수)부터 4일간 개최된 ‘2022 대한민국 국제 농기계자재 박람회’가 5일(토) 성황리에 폐막했다. 박람회에는 25개국 443개 사가 참가, 177,957명이 참관했고, 수출상담액 4억 4,500만불, 내수상담액 730억원의 성과를 올렸다.

올해 처음으로 대구에서 개최된 국내 최대 규모의 농기계 박람회인 이번 전시회는 코로나19, 세계경제 성장 둔화 등으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 농기계자재 기업들에 활기를 불어넣으며, 국내 360개 사, 해외 83개 사가 적극 참가한 가운데 최신 기술과 트렌드를 선도하고 있는 주요 기업들의 역량과 성장 가능성을 엿볼 수 있는 기회가 됐다.

특히, 최근 급성장하고 있는 농기계 국내·외 메이저 기업들이 참가해 4차산업(자율주행, 빅데이터, 인공지능(AI) 등)을 접목한 스마트 농기계들을 선보여 ‘자율주행’, ‘원격제어’ 등의 신기술을 소개하여 큰 호평을 받았다.

㈜대동은 지역 대표 농기계 기업으로 이번 전시회를 통해 ‘3대 스마트 미래 신산업(스마트 농기계, 스마트 모빌리티, 스마트팜) 전략’을 발표하면서, 국내 최초 텔레매틱스(원격관리) 기능과 자율주행 기능을 탑재한 프리미엄 트랙터 라인인 HX 시리즈뿐만 아니라, 인공지능(AI) 데이터를 통한 농가별 맞춤 솔루션을 선보임으로써 전통 농기계 제조사 이미지를 넘어 디지털 미래 농업의 선도기업으로 나아갈 수 있는 계기를 마련했다.

또 다른 지역 기업인 ㈜아세아텍은 제초제 살포 능률은 향상시키면서 농약에 대한 대인 안전을 위해 제작한 무인 자율주행형 방제기를 선보임과 동시에 1인칭 시점 카메라가 달린 농업용 드론 ‘AGRAS T20P’를 전시해 참관객들의 눈길을 끌었다.

국내 농기계 분야 중견기업인 ㈜TYM은 자율주행 기능이 탑재되고 세련된 디자인 및 강력한 퍼포먼스로 무장한 2023년형 ‘T130’을 공개해 데이터 축적 및 활용을 통한 디지털 농업의 가능성을 선보였고, LS엠트론(주)은 최신 프미리엄 트렉터 MT7을 비롯해 MT4, T7, T6 콤바인 V6120A 등 고객 편의성을 극대화한 다양한 자사 모델들을 전시했다.

이 외에도, 인공지능, 빅데이터 등 4차 산업혁명 기술을 적용한 스마트 농기계를 살펴보고 체험할 수 있는 ‘스마트농업 혁신관’에서는 자율주행 트랙터·이앙기‧방제기 전시뿐만 아니라, 토마토 재배 가상현실 시뮬레이터, 가상 트랙터 운전 체험기기가 설치되어 참관객들의 발길이 끊이지 않았다.

한편, 해외 전시관에서는 세계 농기계분야 시장에서 인정받고 있는 ‘구보다’가 이번에 새롭게 출시한 프리미엄 트랙터 MR1157H와 콤바인 ZR7130 전시를 통해 편의성·효율성·정밀성 등을 두루 갖춘 다양한 운전자 도움 기능들로 주목받았으며, ‘얀마’는 무인 로봇 트랙터, 자동작업 콤바인·이앙기를 선보여 큰 호응을 얻었다.

더불어, 이번 전시회 기간 내 다채로운 프로그램들을 준비해 참여기업뿐만 아니라 참관객들의 만족도를 높였다는 평가다.

우선, 이번 전시회 4일간 운영된 수출 및 바이어 지원센터를 통해서는 미국, 중국, 일본 등 20개국 90개 사의 바이어를 대상으로 전체 상담액 4만 4,500만불을 달성했고, 더불어 이번 전시회를 통한 내수 매출 상담은 730억원의 실적을 올림으로써 참여 기업들의 실질적인 매출 증대에 기여했다.

한국농업기계학회와 세계농기계단체(Agrievolution alliance) 공동 주관으로 열린 ‘국제 학술심포지엄’은 글로벌 농기계 산업기술 동향 및 전망에 관한 주제로 유럽, 북아메리카, 남아메리카의 농기계산업 전문가를 통해 대륙별 농기계산업 현황과 해외기업의 기술개발 동향 등 유익한 정보를 공유하여 한국 농기계산업의 세계시장 진출 활성화를 모색하는 기회가 됐다.

이 밖에도 ‘농업용 로봇 경진대회’, ‘스마트온실 정책 및 수출확산 세미나’, 경품 이벤트 등이 마련돼 개인별부터 단체 관람객까지 다양한 계층의 관심을 모았다.

이종화 대구시 경제부시장은 “올해 대구에서 처음 개최한 본 박람회를 통해 첨단 농기계산업에 대한 미래 가능성을 확인하고 우리 제품의 우수성을 전 세계로 알릴 수 있는 기회였다”며, “향후 농기계 개발과 보급을 적극 지원해 국내 농기계 산업이 한 단계 도약할 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 말했다.

In particular, major domestic and foreign agricultural machinery companies, which are rapidly growing recently, participated in introducing smart agricultural machines that incorporate the fourth industry (autonomous driving, big data, artificial intelligence, etc.), and received great acclaim for introducing new technologies such as "autonomous driving" and "remote control."

Daedong Co., Ltd. announced 'Three Smart Future New Industries (Smart Agricultural Machinery, Smart Mobility, Smart Farm) Strategy' through this exhibition, and introduced customized solutions for each farm through artificial intelligence (AI) data as well as HX series, Korea's first telematics function and autonomous driving function.

Another local company, ASEAN Tech Co., Ltd., attracted visitors' attention by introducing an unmanned self-driving control device manufactured for personal safety against pesticides while improving the efficiency of herbicide spraying and exhibiting the agricultural drone "AGRAST20P" with a first-person point-of-view camera.

TYM Co., Ltd., a mid-sized domestic agricultural machinery company, unveiled the 2023 T130 equipped with self-driving functions and sophisticated design and powerful performance to showcase the potential of digital agriculture through data accumulation and utilization, while LS Mtron Co., Ltd. displayed various models that maximized customer convenience, including the latest Premium tractor MT7, MT4, T7, and T6 Combine V6120A.

In addition, visitors continued to visit the Smart Agricultural Innovation Hall, where visitors can explore and experience smart agricultural machinery using artificial intelligence and big data, as well as self-driving tractors, fangs, and control devices, as well as tomato cultivation virtual reality simulators and virtual tractor driving experience devices.

Meanwhile, in overseas exhibition halls, "Guboda," which is recognized in the global agricultural machinery market, drew attention for its various driver assistance functions with convenience, efficiency, and precision through the newly launched premium tractor MR1157H and combine ZR7130 exhibition.

In addition, it is evaluated that it has prepared various programs during the exhibition to increase the satisfaction of not only participating companies but also visitors.

First of all, through the four-day export and buyer support center, the total consultation amount was $445 million for buyers from 90 companies in 20 countries, including the United States, China, and Japan, and the domestic sales consultation through this exhibition contributed to the actual sales increase of the participating companies by recording 73 billion won.

Under the theme of global agricultural machinery industry trends and prospects, the International Academic Symposium, co-hosted by the Korea Agricultural Machinery Association and the Agreevolution Alliance, was an opportunity to promote the Korean agricultural machinery industry by sharing useful information on the current status of agricultural machinery industry and technology development trends in Europe, North America and South America.

In addition, "Agricultural Robot Competition," "Smart Green Room Policy and Export Spread Seminar," and prize events were held to attract attention from various classes, ranging from individuals to group visitors.
