[시사뉴스 강영진 기자] 대구시는 지역 뷰티업소의 자생력 강화를 위해 계명문화대학교, 대한미용사회 대구시협의회와 함께 실시했던 ‘미용 플러스 컨설팅 지원사업’ 과정을 성공적으로 마무리하고 15일(화) 오후 5시 계명문화대학교에서 최종 평가회를 가졌다.
‘처음 고객 100번 오게 하라’ 등 1인 헤어숍의 수익구조개선을 위해 전문화된 경영 컨설팅 교육과 맞춤형 1:1 기술지원으로 이루어진 이번 미용 컨설팅 지원사업은 경영난으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 소규모 미용사업장 100곳을 대상으로 무료로 진행됐다.
수료식과 함께 개최된 최종 평가회에서는 교육생의 우수사례를 공유하고 의견수렴의 시간을 가졌으며, 수료자 정지원 씨는 “배움에 대한 갈증은 많았으나 교육받을 기회를 찾기 어려웠는데, 이번 컨설팅 사업을 통해 새로운 것을 배우고 좀 더 트렌드에 앞서갈 수 있는 사람이 될 수 있다는 자신감이 생겼으며, 이러한 교육과정에 참여할 수 있게 되어 진심으로 감사드린다”고 수료 소감을 전했다.
올해 처음 시작했던 ‘미용 플러스 컨설팅 지원사업’은 5기로 구성돼 기수당 총 2개월의 과정으로, 수강생 99%의 교육 참여와 90% 이상의 수업 만족도를 나타냈다.
김흥준 대구시 위생정책과장은 “이번 미용 플러스 컨설팅 교육지원으로 1인 업소를 운영하는 관내 미용 영업주들이 실질적인 경영 방법과 최신 미용 기술 습득을 통해 역량을 강화하고, 나아가 소득 창출로 이어지는 모범사례가 될 수 있기를 기대한다”고 말했다.
Daegu successfully completed the Beauty Plus Consulting Support Project, which was conducted with Keimyung Culture University and the Daegu City Council of the Korean Beauty Society, to strengthen the self-sufficiency of local beauty establishments, and held a final evaluation session at Keimyung Culture University at 5 p.m. on the 15th (Tue).
The beauty consulting support project, which consists of specialized management consulting training and customized 1:1 technical support to improve the profit structure of one-person hair shops, including "Let 100 First-time Customers Come," was conducted free of charge for 100 small beauty businesses suffering from financial difficulties.
At the final evaluation session held with the completion ceremony, we shared the best practices of the trainees and gathered opinions, and Jeong Ji-won, a graduate, said, "I had a lot of thirst for learning, but it was difficult to find an opportunity to learn, and I sincerely thank you for participating in this curriculum."
The Beauty Plus Consulting Support Project, which was first launched this year, consists of five sessions and is a two-month course with 99% of students participating in education and more than 90% of class satisfaction.
Kim Heung-joon, head of the Daegu Metropolitan Government's hygiene policy division, said, "We hope that this beauty plus consulting education support will help single-person beauty business owners strengthen their capabilities through practical management methods and acquisition of the latest beauty technology."
