[시사뉴스 강영진 기자] 청도군(군수 김하수)은 국제 통상 문제로 원자재 가격 인상 등 농업인 부담을 완화하기 위해 무기질비료 가격 인상차액의 80% 지원에 나선다.
청도군은 추경을 통해 자체 재원 약 15억3300만원을 추가 확보, 무기질비료 가격안정화와 제3종 복합비료 지원을 위한 예산을 확보해 약 5,284톤의 일반용 무기질비료 가격 인상분의 80%를 지원할 계획이다.
농업인은 별도의 신청 없이 평소 이용하는 농협을 통해 오는 12월 10일까지 가격상승분의 80%를 사전 차감한 가격으로 구매할 수 있으며, 지원대상은 농업경영체 등록농지에서 농산물을 생산하는 농업인이다.
한편, 비료 과다 사용에 따른 환경오염 방지를 위해 농가별 지원물량은 최근 3년간 구입한 무기질비료 평균 구매량의 95% 이내로 제한된다.
또한, 최근 3년간 지역농협에서 비료 구매내역이 없는 신규농업인이나 지난해보다 재배면적이 증가한 농업인은 농업경영체 등록 확인서 등 증빙자료를 지역농협에 제출하면 된다.
김하수 청도군수는“비료, 농약 등 농자재 가격상승으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 군내 농업인의 경영안정과 농자재비 구입부담 경감에 큰 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다”고 말했다.

Cheongdo-gun plans to secure about 1.533 billion won in additional funds through the supplementary budget, secure a budget to stabilize the price of inorganic fertilizers and support type 3 complex fertilizers, and provide 80 percent of the price increase of general inorganic fertilizers of about 5,284 tons.
Farmers can purchase 80% of the price increase in advance through the Nonghyup, which they usually use without a separate application, by December 10, and the target of support is farmers who produce agricultural products in farmland registered by the agricultural management.
Meanwhile, in order to prevent environmental pollution caused by excessive use of fertilizer, the amount of support for each farm is limited to 95% of the average purchase of inorganic fertilizers purchased over the past three years.
In addition, new farmers who have not purchased fertilizer from local agricultural cooperatives over the past three years or farmers whose cultivation area has increased from last year can submit evidence such as a confirmation of registration of agricultural management to local agricultural cooperatives.
