[시사뉴스 강영진 기자] 대구 달서구(구청장 이태훈)는 10일 구청 대강당에서 올해 마을복지계획 수립·추진한 내용 중 7개동의 우수 실천사례 발표한 「마을복지 실천공유회」를 개최했다고 밝혔다.달서구는 대구 최초로 전동(23개동)에서 마을복지계획을 수립·추진했다.
마을복지계획이란 2022년 주민자치형 공공서비스 구축사업의 찾아가는 보건 복지서비스 매뉴얼에 따라 읍면동 단위에서 주민의 자발적 참여와 협력으로 지역의 복지의제를 발굴, 자체적으로 해결해 가는 활동에 대한 계획이다.
마을복지 실천 공유회에서는 성당동, 두류1·2동, 이곡1동, 월성2동, 진천동, 상인3동, 송현2동 등 7개 동의 우수 실천사례발표가 있었다.
▲성당동은 어르신들의 신체적·정신적 건강생활(체력, 영양, 마음) 유지 및 사회적 관계망 지원을 위해 「성댕 이마을 어르신 삼단꾸러미 지원」 ▲두류1·2동은 지역자원 연계로 맞춤형서비스 제공을 위해 「두류1·2동 은빛 청춘시대! 청춘은 바로 지금!」 ▲이곡1은 주민참여 활성화 및 사각지대 발굴 활동 강화를 위해 「우리는 이곡1동 복지달인입니다」 ▲월성2동은 주민이 참여하는 직접 만든 테리리움을 취약계층에게 전달하여 대상자의 심리적 안정 및 일촌 맺기 「이웃의 일상에 초록색 자원을 전하다」 테라리움 지원 사업 ▲진천동은 장애인 등 저소득 취약계층에게 주거 생활 중 불편함 해소를 위한 「새빛 리모컨 LED 등 지원 사업」 ▲상인3동은 공동체 활성화를 위해 이웃과 함께 참여하여 운영하는 「상삼이네 활력충전 운동교실」 ▲송현2동은 또래 이웃사이 어르신 관계맺기 및 보건복지서비스를 연계한 「송이마을어르신 토닥토닥」 사업의 소개가 있었다.
이날은 포항시 북구 죽도동 지역사회보장협의체 및 관계자 15명이 달서구의 마을복지 우수사례를 벤치마킹하기 위해 「마을복지 실천공유회」에 참석했다
한편, 달서구는 마을복지계획이 잘 추진될 수 있도록 매년 행정안전부의 공모사업 등을 통해 65,000천원 정도의 사업비를 지원했으며 올해도 23개동에 46백만원 정도 지원한바 있다.
이태훈 달서구청장은 “올해 달서구가 대구 최초로 전체 동 주민들이 마을복지계획을 수립하고 진행했다는 점에서 그 의미가 크다”며 “앞으로도 주민 스스로 지역사회 내 복지 문제를 함께 고민하고 풀어가는 등 주민이 주인이 되는 행복한 마을공동체를 만들기 위해 노력하겠다“라고 말했다.

At the village welfare practice sharing meeting, there were presentations of excellent practice cases in seven dongs, including Seongdang-dong, Duryu 1-dong, Igok 1-dong, Wolseong 2-dong, Jincheon-dong, Sangin 3-dong, and Songhyeon 2-dong.

On this day, 15 local social security consultative bodies and officials from Jukdo-dong, Buk-gu, Pohang attended the Village Welfare Practice Sharing Meeting to benchmark the best cases of village welfare in Dalseo-gu.
Meanwhile, Dalseo-gu provided 65,000 won in project costs through public offering projects by the Ministry of Public Administration and Security every year to ensure that the village welfare plan is well carried out, and 46 million won was provided to 23 dongs this year.
Taehoon Lee Dalseo-gu District Mayor said, "It is significant in that Dalseo-gu District established and carried out a village welfare plan for the first time in Daegu this year. We will continue to make efforts to create a happy village community where residents become owners by thinking about and solving welfare problems in the community."
