[시사뉴스 강영진 기자] 문경시는 11월 2일부터 4일까지 3차에 걸쳐 라마다 문경새재 호텔에서 합동평가 지표담당자들이 참석한 가운데 ‘2023년(’22년 실적) 정부 합동평가 대비 워크숍’을 실시했다.
정부 합동평가는 매년 국가 위임사무나 국가 주요시책 등의 추진 성과와 도정 역점시책 추진성과를 평가하는 것으로, 올해는 정부 합동평가 연계지표 86개와 도정 역점과제 12개 지표로 총 98개 지표로 구성되었다.
워크숍 당일 오전에는 정부 합동평가에 대한 기본 교육 및 지표별 부진사항들을 분석하고, 부진 지표에 대한 대응 전략 수립과 주요시책 관련 우수사례를 발굴하는 등 지표실적 향상을 위한 발전방안을 모색하는 기회를 가졌다.
오후에는 시정 역점시책인 ‘문경새재 전동차 구간 연장 운영’에 따른 탑승 체험과 ‘문경새재 어드벤처 파크’ 시설물 운영사항에 대한 개선사항 의견을 수렴하는 체험 시간을 가졌다.
김영길 부시장은 “정부 합동평가는 국·도정 주요 시책과 연계하여 우리 문경시의 한 해 추진 성과에 대해 평가하는 과정으로, 시민들의 일상생활과 직결되는 만큼 평가지표에 대한 담당자들의 정확한 업무 숙지와 책임감 있는 마음가짐이 필요하다.”며, “이번 워크숍을 통해 지표담당자 모두가 노력하여 남은 올해 좋은 성적을 거둘 수 있길 기대하고, 더불어 내년도 평가 준비에도 최선을 다해 주시길 바란다”고 말했다.
Mungyeong City held a workshop on the government's joint evaluation preparation for 2023 (the '22 performance)' at the Ramada Mungyeong Saejae Hotel on three occasions from November 2 to 4.
The joint government evaluation annually evaluates the performance of state delegation affairs or major national policies and the implementation of provincial government-focused policies. This year, it consists of a total of 98 indicators, 86 indicators linked to government-funded projects.
On the morning of the workshop, we had the opportunity to explore development measures to improve indicator performance by analyzing basic education and sluggishness by indicator, establishing strategies to respond to sluggish indicators, and discovering best practices related to major policies.
In the afternoon, we had an experience time to collect opinions on improvements to the operation of the Mungyeong Saejae Adventure Park facility and the boarding experience under the Mungyeong Saejae Train Extension Operation, a city-focused policy.
Deputy Mayor Kim Young-gil said, "The government's joint evaluation is a process of evaluating the achievements of Mungyeong City in connection with major national and provincial policies. As it is directly related to citizens' daily lives, we need to know the exact work and responsibility of the evaluation indicators."
