[시사뉴스 강영진 기자] 대구 달서구(구청장 이태훈)는 1일 구청 2층 대강당에서 적극행정에 대한 인식개선과 적극행정 공직문화 확산을 위한 적극행정 활성화 특강을 실시했다고 밝혔다.
이번 특강은 달서구청 직원 200여명을 대상으로 인사혁신처 적극행정 전문강사로 등록된 박지현 강사(‘떨림과 성장’대표)를 초청해 진행했다.
‘적극행정의 이해와 실천방안’이라는 주제로 진행된 특강은 사회변화에 따른 적극행정의 중요성 및 다양하고 구체적인 적극행정 사례 소개 등을 통해 적극행정 실천의 구체적 가이드라인을 제시해 참여공직자의 많은 공감대를 이끌어 냈다.
달서구는 이를 통해 적극행정이 일상적 공직문화로 정착되는데 많은 도움이 될 것으로 기대하고 있다.
한편, 달서구는 매년 적극행정 실행계획을 수립해 적극행정 우수사례와 우수공무원을 선발하여 열심히 일하는 공직자의 사기진작에 힘쓰고, 적극행정에 걸림돌이 되는 각종 제도·규제를 발굴해 개선안을 중앙부처에 적극 건의하고 있다.
또한 기관장이 선도하는 적극행정 문화조성을 위해 중점과제를 선정해 적극행정 추진에 만전을 기하고 있다.
이태훈 달서구청장은 “이번 교육이 달서구 적극행정 문화정착의 마중물 역할을 하길 기대한다.” 면서 “코로나19를 계기로 급변하는 시대와 주민이 요구하는 공직상에 걸맞게 달서구를 적극행정 선도도시로 만들어 나가겠다”고 말했다.

This special lecture was conducted by inviting lecturer Park Ji-hyun (CEO of "Trembling and Growth") who was registered as an active administrative instructor of the Ministry of Personnel Management for about 200 employees of Dalseo-gu Office.
The special lecture, titled "Understanding and Implementation of Active Administration," drew a lot of sympathy from participating public officials by presenting specific guidelines for active administration practice through the importance of active administration due to social change and introduction of various and specific active administration cases.
Dalseo-gu expects this to help active administration establish itself as a daily public service culture.
On the other hand, Dalseo-gu establishes an active administrative action plan every year to select excellent active administrative cases and excellent public officials to boost morale of hard-working public officials, discover various systems and regulations that hinder active administration, and actively suggest improvement plans to the central government.
In addition, it is making every effort to promote active administration by selecting key tasks to create an active administration culture led by the head of the agency.
