[시사뉴스 강영진 기자] 대구 수성구는 지난 27일 고산하나어린이집(구 고산어린이집)에서 ‘수성구육아종합지원센터․ 고산하나어린이집 개관식’을 개최했다고 30일 밝혔다.
이날 개관식에는 김대권 수성구청장을 비롯해 수성구의회 의장, 하나금융그룹 하나은행 영남지역본부 대표 및 하나금융공익재단 등 관계자 80여 명이 참석했다.
‘수성구육아종합지원센터․ 고산하나어린이집’은 구 고산어린이집 부지(시지로11)에 지하1층에서 지상5층 규모로 증축 개관을 했다. 지상1~2층에는 국공립 고산하나어린이집이, 3∼5층에는 육아종합지원센터가 위치하고 있다.
육아종합지원센터 주요시설은 ▲3층 상담실, 열린공간, ▲4층 요리실, 장난감나라, 야외그물놀이터, ▲5층 체험놀이실, 세미나실, ▲옥상 모래놀이터 등이다.
수성구육아종합지원센터에서는 구에서 직접 운영한다. 영유아 성장발달에 꼭 필요한 부모의 양육태도‧방법 등 부모역할의 중요성을 인지시키는 부모교육과 기수별 자조모임을 구성해 부모 양육역량 강화에 도움을 줄 예정이다.
또한 자녀 양육 등으로 심리‧정서적으로 어려움을 겪는 양육자들과 발달 지연 등으로 의심되는 영유아 등을 대상으로 심리검사와 상담을 통해 예방할 수 있도록 전문상담사, 심리상담사 및 치료사를 위촉해 가정양육을 지원한다. 아울러 어린이집 교직원을 대상으로 전문 보수교육과 교직원 상담도 함께 진행한다.
김대권 수성구청장은 “‘저출산, 인구절벽’이라는 사회적 문제에 직면한 시점에서 육아와돌봄은 이제는 사회적 책임이라는 사고의 전환이 필요하다.
이번 수성구육아종합지원센터와 고산하나어린이집 건립은 양육자의 출산·육아 부담을 완화하고 양육지원을 확대하는 육아지원 거점기관이 되리라 믿어 의심하지 않는다.”며 “이를 통해 ‘함께 키우고, 함께 행복한 아이 키우기 좋은 수성구’ 실현에도 크게 기여할 것으로 기대한다”고 말했다.

"Suseong-gu Childcare Support Center and Gosan Hana Daycare Center" was expanded from 1 basement floor to 5 floors above the ground on the site of the former Gosan Daycare Center (11 Shiji-ro). On the 1st and 2nd floors above the ground, there is a national and public Gosan Hana Daycare Center, and a comprehensive childcare support center on the 3rd and 5th floors.
The main facilities of the Childcare Support Center include a counseling room on the 3rd floor of ▲, an open space, a cooking room on the 4th floor of ▲, an outdoor net playground, an experience play room on the 5th floor of ▲, a seminar room, and a ▲ rooftop sand playground.
The Suseong-gu Childcare Support Center is directly operated by the Gu. Parent education and self-help groups will be formed to recognize the importance of parental roles, such as parents' parenting attitudes and methods, which are essential for the growth and development of infants and toddlers.
In addition, professional counselors, psychological counselors, and therapists are appointed to support home care so that they can prevent psychological and emotional difficulties due to child rearing and infants suspected of delayed development through psychological tests and counseling. In addition, professional remuneration education and counseling for daycare center faculty members will be conducted together.
Kim Dae-kwon, head of Suseong-gu District Office, said, "At a time when faced with the social problem of 'low birth rate, population cliff', it is necessary to change the thinking that childcare and care are now social responsibility."
"I have no doubt that the construction of the Suseong-gu Childcare Support Center and Gosan Hana Daycare Center will be a hub for childcare support to ease the burden of childbirth and childcare and expand parenting support," he said.
