[시사뉴스 강영진 기자] 예천군(군수 김학동)은 일제 강점기 기준 지적공부상 지적 경계위치 기준을 국제 표준인 ‘세계측지계’ 변환에 속도를 내고 있다.
지난 9월 경계점좌표등록부 시행지역의 세계측지계 좌표변환을 위한 공통점 114점 관측을 완료했으며 관측한 공통점을 이용해 현지 검증측량을 진행 중이다.
또한 경계점좌표등록부 시행지역 16,800여 필지에 대해 좌표변환 후 현지 검증측량으로 변환 전·후 경계 일치 여부에 대한 성과를 검증해 나가고 있다.
뿐만 아니라 세계측지계 좌표변환과 정확한 좌표변환 성과검증을 위해 한국국토정보공사(LX) 예천지사와 ‘세계측지계 좌표변환 성과검증을 위한 업무협의’를 했으며 경계점좌표등록부 시행지역에 대한 현지 검증측량과 좌표변환 성과 검증을 완료하고 지적공부에 등록할 예정이다.
정석기 종합민원과장은 “이번 경계점좌표등록부 시행지역 지적공부 세계측지계 좌표 변환으로 지적측량의 정확성 확보, 공간정보 좌표체계의 일원화 및 신속한 토지정보서비스 제공으로 군민 재산권 보호에 크게 이바지할 것으로 기대 된다.”고 말했다.
한편, 예천군은 지난해 도해지역 12개 읍‧면 226,996필지에 대해 모두 세계측지계로 좌표변환을 완료했다.

Meanwhile, Yecheon-gun completed the coordinate conversion of all 226,996 parcels of 12 eup and myeon in the Doha area to the world geodetic system last year.
