[시사뉴스 강영진 기자] 대구 달서구(구청장 이태훈)는 10월 22일(토) 성서아울렛타운 내에 위치한 성서아울렛공원(호림동 13-11번지)에서 ‘2022 달서 반려가족 희망나눔 축제’를 개최한다고 밝혔다.
달서구는 반려인구 1500만 시대를 맞아 올바른 반려동물 돌봄 문화를 확산시키고 성숙한 반려문화 조성과 동물 복지 향상을 선도하기 위해 3년만에 대면으로 반려동물 축제를 진행한다.
이번 행사는 사람과 동물이 함께 교감하고 즐길 수 있는 ▲펫(pet)션스타 선발대회 ▲명랑운동회(달리기대회) ▲반려견 어질리티 설치 등의 다양한 볼거리와 즐길 거리를 준비했다. 특히, SBS TV 동물농장 이찬종 이삭애견훈련소장과 박순석 메디컬센터 원장의 토크콘서트를 통해 반려동물 행동교정과 건강상담, 반려동물 양육에 필요한 정보를 얻을 수 있다.
또한, 부대행사로 ▲유기동물 입양 캠페인 ▲반려견 퍼포먼스 공연 ▲반려동물 무료 체험부스(위생미용, 행동교정, 수제간식 만들기 등) ▲수의사 건강검진 및 상담 등 다양한 프로그램을 운영할 계획이다.
축제는 10월22일(토) 오후 1시부터 오후 5시까지 진행되며, 달서구청 홈페이지에서 자세한 내용과 축제일정에 대해서 확인할 수 있다.
이태훈 달서구청장은 “2022 달서 반려가족 희망나눔 축제를 3년만에 지역에서 유일하게 개최하고 있으니 사랑스런 반려동물과 함께 교감하며 행복한 시간을 보내시기 바란다”며,“반려동물과 함께하는 가족이 점점 늘어나는 만큼 동물복지와 성숙한 반려동물 문화 조성에 힘쓰겠다”라고 말했다.

In particular, through a talk concert by Lee Chan-jong, head of SBS TV Animal Farm's Isaac Dog Training Center, and Park Soon-seok, head of the Medical Center, you can get information necessary for pet behavior correction, health counseling, and pet rearing.
In addition, as a side event, various programs such as ▲ Adoption Campaign for Abandoned Animals ▲ Performance Performance for Pets ▲ Free Experience Booth for pets (sanitary beauty, behavioral correction, handmade snack making, etc.) ▲ Veterinary health examination and counseling will be operated.
