[시사뉴스 강영진 기자] 민선8기 시정추진의 동력이 될 하반기 최고의 시정혁신·적극행정 우수사례 선정!
대구시는 지난 12일(수), 시정의 확실한 변화를 견인할 시정혁신과 적극행정 분야의 우수사례를 선정하는 ‘2022년 하반기 시정혁신·적극행정 경진대회’를 개최했다.
시와 구·군, 전 공공기관이 참여해 1차 서면심사를 통과한 10건의 사례가 본선에 진출했으며, 본선에서는 전문가 평가단의 현장심사와 실시간 참여한 시민평가단의 온라인 심사로 최종 순위를 확정했다.
경진대회 결과, 시정혁신 분야에는 ‘전국 지자체 최초 메타버스 주니어보드 정기회의 시스템 도입’을 발표한 북구 혁신전략실이 적극행정 분야에는 ‘푸드마켓이 집으로, 배달천사’를 발표한 대구시 희망복지과가 최우수를 수상했다.
시정혁신 분야 우수에는 ‘달성군 농산물가공기술지원센터 전국 최초 스마트 HACCP인증(달성군 농업기술센터)’, 적극행정 분야 우수에는 ‘획일적 규제는 NO! 탄력적 규제로 서민경제 활력 UP!(동구 도시과)’이 선정됐다.
경진대회에 출전한 부서에 대해서는 시장상과 시상금을 수여하고, 업무담당자에게는 성과급 최고등급 부여 등 특별 인사인센티브를 지급한다. 또한, 동료들이 함께 촬영한 응원 영상으로 멋진 팀워크를 보여준 세 팀에게는 응원상도 수여했다.
김정기 대구시 기획조정실장은 “미래 50년을 준비하는 시정추진에 직원들의 혁신아이디어를 더해 새롭고 확실한 변화로 시민들이 행복한 대구를 만들어 나가겠다”고 말했다.

The city, district, county, and all public institutions participated in the first round of written screening, and the final ranking was confirmed through on-site screening by expert evaluation teams and online screening by real-time citizen evaluation teams.
As a result of the competition, the Buk-gu Innovation Strategy Office, which announced the introduction of the nation's first metaverse junior board regular meeting system in the field of municipal innovation, and the Daegu Hope Welfare Department, which announced Food Market Home and Delivery Angel, won the best in the active administration.
Dalseong-gun Agricultural Processing Technology Support Center's first smart HACCP certification (Dalseong-gun Agricultural Technology Center) was selected for excellence in the field of municipal innovation, and No uniform regulation! (Dong-gu Urban Division) was selected for excellence in active administration.
Departments that participate in competitions will be awarded Mayor's Awards and Awards, and special personnel incentives, such as granting the highest grade of performance-based bonuses, will be paid to those in charge. In addition, the three teams who showed great teamwork through cheering videos taken by their colleagues were also awarded the cheering award.
