[시사뉴스 정윤철 기자] 울산광역시교육청(교육감 노옥희)이 26일 초·중학교 다문화가족 10가족을 대상으로 ‘2022년 다문화가족과 함께하는 어울림교실’을 개최한다.
2020년부터 시작된 다문화 가족 간 소통, 협력, 이해의 시간을 갖는 것은 물론 다문화 감수성 향상과 다문화사회 이해 증진을 위해 마련된다.
프로그램 운영은 가족과 그림책으로 시작하는 토의․토론 시간을 통해 ‘나’다운 삶을 이해하고 자녀와 공감하고 소통하여 가족 구성원의 문제를 슬기롭게 해결하여 가족 간의 결속력을 다지도록 구성하였다.
이어서 부모-자녀 관계를 점검하고, 자녀의 경험을 이해하며, 자녀의 표현 방식에 부모가 효과적으로 대화할 수 있는 방법을 찾아봄으로써 원만한 가족관계 형성을 위한 자녀이해교육과 상담을 진행한다.
시교육청 관계자는 “다문화가족과 함께하는 어울림교실 운영을 통해 가족 구성원 모두가 서로의 삶을 이해하고 건강한 가족으로 성장하는 기회가 되었으면 좋겠다”고 말했다.

The program was organized to strengthen the solidarity between family members by wisely solving the problems of family members by understanding and communicating with their children through discussion and discussion sessions starting with family books.
Subsequently, by checking parent-child relationships, understanding children's experiences, and finding ways for parents to effectively communicate with their children's expressions, children's understanding education and counseling are conducted to form a smooth family relationship.
An official from the City Office of Education said, "I hope that the operation of the Eoulim Class with multicultural families will be an opportunity for all family members to understand each other's lives and grow into a healthy family."
