[시사뉴스 강영진 기자] 경산시의회(의장 박순득)는 11월 4일부터 15일까지 12일간의 일정으로제241회 임시회를 개회했다.
이번 임시회에서는 제2회 추가경정예산안, 「경산시 민원 업무 담당공무원 등의 보호 및 지원에 관한 조례안」등 조례안 15건, 일반안건16건으로 총 32건의 안건을 심사하고, 2023년도 주요업무계획 보고를 청취할 예정이다.
세부 일정으로는 4일 제1차 본회의를 시작으로 같은 날 각 상임위원회의 추가경정예산안 및 예산 관련 일반안건 심사와 예산결산특별위원회의 예산안 최종심사가 있으며, 7일 제2차 본회의에서 추가경정예산안에 대한 의결이 있을 예정이다.
이어서 7일부터 14일까지 각 상임위원회의 조례안 및 일반안건 심사와 2023년도 주요업무계획 보고 청취가 있으며, 마지막 날인 15일 제3차 본회의에서 상임위원회로부터 회부 된 안건에 대한 최종 의결 후 모든
일정을 마무리할 계획이다.
제1차 본회의에서 구성된 예산결산특별위원회에는 위원장에 김계태 의원,부위원장에 손말남 의원, 위원에 권중석, 김인수, 김화선, 이경원, 이동욱 의원이 선임됐다.
한편, 제1차 본회의에서 전봉근 의원은 「경산시 역사 앞 사정동 일대광장 확장 조성」에 대해, 권중석 의원은 「늘어나는 행정수요와 복합민원에 적극적으로 대처할 수 있는 조직운영 방안 강구」에 대해 5분 자유발언을 했다.
박순득 의장은 개회사에서 “이번 임시회에서 청취하는 주요업무보고는 내년도 예산안의 기초자료일 뿐만 아니라 추후 시정방향과 예산편성에 영향을 미치는 경산시의 청사진과 같다.”며, “의원님들께서는 업무보고 내용을 종합적으로 검토하고 다양한 의견을 제시하여 시민복리 증진을 위해 세심하게 검토해 주시길 바란다.”고 말했다.

Subsequently, from the 7th to the 14th, there will be a review of ordinances and general agenda items by each standing committee and a hearing of major work plan reports for 2023, and after the final resolution of the agenda referred from the standing committee at the 3rd plenary session on the 15th.

Lawmaker Kim Gye-tae was appointed as chairman of the Special Committee on Budget and Accounts formed at the first plenary session, Sohn Mal-nam as vice chairman, and Kwon Joong-seok, Kim In-soo, Kim Hwa-sun, Lee Kyung-won and Lee Dong-wook as members.
Meanwhile, at the first plenary session, Rep. Jeon Bong-geun made a five-minute free speech on the expansion of the plaza in Sajeong-dong in front of Gyeongsan-si Station, and Rep. Kwon Joong-seok made a five-minute free speech on the "plan to actively cope with increasing administrative demand and complex complaints."
Chairman Park Soon-deuk said in his opening speech, "The main work report at this extraordinary meeting is not only the basic data of next year's budget, but also the blueprint of Gyeongsan City, which affects the direction and budgeting in the future."
